Clubman - Jumbo Styptic Pencil 1.oz

Priced stupidly cheap even 1/3rd Walmart price. Couldn't afford not to try. I'm new to wet shaving and slowly getting more gear. Have not tried other styptic pencils but given clubman is old and available everywhere figured worth a try.

Only had one weeper since receiving. Surprised how well it worked. Rubbed on a few seconds and in a few seconds bleeding stopped. Applied again just incase. Didn't see anymore bleeding and checked few times. Weeper before bled for like hour. Says can stain but I didn't see any white residue at all

The applicator holder doesn't hold onto the pencil like at all. But its like holding chalk so not messy. The plastic cap contains it well. It is big. From what I read possibly a lifetime worth. I hear the small ones like chalk break easily. Hope a bigger one is less breakable. Big but for this price can try or even divide in pieces. Also best stypic value on TRC by far. Worth a try.

Vs alum
My order had a 60gr applicator alum. I plan to use the stypic on weepers because it seals faster than the alum and doesn't sting like literally mineral salt in a wound. The alum is my daily driver after shave but good to have stypic on hand. Big enough to be great for larger cuts for a first aid kit. Be prepared
